The Cherriots Shop and Ride is a dial-a-ride service and shopper shuttle for seniors and people with disabilities. No application is required.
Cherriots Call Center
(Formerly known as TripLink)
The Cherriots Call Center (formerly known as TripLink) takes reservations for Cherriots LIFT, Cherriots Shop and Ride and Polk County Flex. The Cherriots Call Center also provides Non Emergent Medical Transportation (NEMT) to eligible Oregon Health Plan (OHP) clients traveling to covered medical services.

Cherriots LIFT is our origin-to-destination transportation service for people whose disability prevents them from being able to use Cherriots.

Fares & Bus Passes
Find the price of all passes for Cherriots, West Salem Connector, Cherriots Regional, 1X, 2X, Cherriots Shop and Ride and Cherriots LIFT. Learn if you qualify for a reduced or youth pass. Don’t forget – children five and under always ride free.

Reduced Fare ID

The Cherriots Reduced Fare ID is a card that allows you to purchase bus fares at the reduced rate. If you are a Medicare card holder, you don't need to apply for a Reduced Fare ID. Simply show your Medicare card to the bus driver when boarding the bus to pay a reduced fare, or bring your Medicare card to Customer Service, or a store that sells our passes, to purchase reduced passes.

Customer assistance is available at the information desk or by phone from 6:15 a.m. to 8:45 p.m., Monday through Friday. Riders can purchase passes, view maps and schedules and get help with trip planning. Customer Service stops selling bus passes at 8 p.m.
